Where you stay matters, but so does everything just outside your door.
The destination is part of the story.
At Salt House, we believe the best trips bring you closer to both the people you came with and to the places you came to experience. Our properties are designed to be your home base for it all. A place to wake up together before a day of exploring, come back to after an afternoon in the sun, gather around the table, make tomorrow's plans or decide not to make any at all.
We create the setting. The destination gives you somewhere to explore. You make the memories along the way.
Made for the moments that bring people together.
There are places you visit, and there are places that have a way of becoming part of your story Hilton Head Island is the latter. It can be active or wonderfully slow. Familiar or completely new. A family tradition you've returned to for years or the beginning of one you didn't know you were starting.
We give you a place to call home while you're here. The rest is yours to discover.
